Presenter/Speaker Resources

Are you a Keynote or Podium session speaker, or a Poster Highlight session presenter? Thank you for your participation!

Key points –

Keynote sessions are 30 minutes total and should include time for Q&A
Concurrent Sessions are 60- or 90-minute sessions including a final Q&A period – speaker presentations are set to 9 minutes per presenter
Poster Highlight Sessions are 35-minute sessions with no Q&A - presentations are set to 4 minutes per presenter
Advance presentation (PPTX) uploads are requested for all presentations to allow captioning personnel time to familiarize themselves with content and terminology in order to ensure accurate captioning
